Mixed Martial Arts

Our MMA classes are primarily geared towards competition. Many of our students compete in amateur events and some of us compete professionally as well. However competition is not mandatory. Our MMA classes focus on everything from takedowns, submissions, ground control, striking on the ground, etc. In our MMA classes participants must wear MMA hand wraps, 4 oz MMA gloves, a mouth piece, a cup, and shorts with a t-shirt.

Jr Mixed Martial Arts

GR offers a children’s program for our younger warriors that teaches them a mix of all of the different styles we have to offer.  Jr. MMA gives the students a chance to learn self defense, discipline, confidence, fitness, and life skills that will give your child the advantage that they need in our fast paced society.  All of this while having a great time means happier children and happier parents.
