Our combat conditioning class will be set up to; increase your
strength, increase your cardio, gain muscle, burn fat, and improve your overall
health. The course will mostly be body weight exercises and can be
easily modified to your needs if you are limited. This is a go at your
own pace class, so do not feel the need to push yourself past YOUR Limits.
You can make this extremely tough or make it a good workout for
yourself. It will depend on your fitness level. We hope to see everyone
have a great time and have fun.
Equipment/Gear needed - All that is needed are work out clothes that you don't mind getting soaked with sweat.
This class is offered three times per week; Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
