When I'm training for a fight I'm over there everyday lifting, running on a treadmill, and doing some different band training. Rocky is GR's official Nutritionist and Rehab man. Anyone needing advice should contact him about that kind of stuff. We teach you how to finish a fight and we get you in shape but you should hit The Rock House to develop exsplosive power, get some extra cardio in, or do rehab on any nagging inuries you may have picked up in training or fighting with us.
The Rock House is open 24hrs a day!!!
