Jr Mixed Martial Arts

GR offers a children’s program for our younger warriors that teaches them a mix of all of the different styles we have to offer.  Jr. MMA gives the students a chance to learn self defense, discipline, confidence, fitness, and life skills that will give your child the advantage that they need in our fast paced society.  All of this while having a great time means happier children and happier parents.
